I miss Ronald and his friends. If only they'd bring them back instead of those freaky big teethed happy meal things...

People think a happy go lucky clown was scary? I'd take him over these little abominations any day of the week. Every time I see them I'm afraid they're going to bite my trachea out and stand over me and laugh while I slowly bleed out!

I miss them too. Ronald may have been corny, but he had his charm. Those boxes, on the other hand, are just freaky Minion rip offs made just to appeal to kids. Even "Ferris' Funky Farm" is better then what we have today.

Comforting words, Injun. :|

Since we're on the subject, I'd like to know something, Mr. Magic. Why are you sporting the Pizza Hut logo as your avatar?

Pizza Hut was fun back in the old days and it tasted better imo.

Look what they did for X-Men.

Just like McDonald's, they made Pizza Hut ordinary. *Shudder*

As good as it was in the old days, I'm liking the modern Pizza Hut even better. Before then, crust edges and other sauces weren't a thing, until the 2014 renovation. I do agree that they made it more ordinary as the years went on. Last year, they got rid of the drizzles, some of the crust edges, and the fun names for the specialty pies were changed, which was a shame Pretzel Piggy had a much better ring to it than Spinach Bacon Alfredo.

An early 80s McDonald's commercial.

Speaking of McDonald's commercials, here's an early one from the 70s, promoting their breakfast line.

I'm surprised PBS let them get away with saying "Shut Up!" Nowadays, they'd throw a fit!

It's been used on Arthur on multiple occasions.

Of all the Cocoa Puffs ads I've seen, this one stuck out to me the most. I think having music from Carmen had something to do with it.

Little did they know that The Lone Jogger was really The Hamburglar the whole time. McDonalds Land was something that was simply too good to last.
