Hey Arnold - Cool Party

It's really the geek party that takes the episode by storm. ;)

Speaking of Hey Arnold, another famous episode I reccomend is Helga on the Couch. Who knew that learning about Helga's past could be so heart wrenching?

Pinky and the Brain-This old Mouse

The episode shows Brain being confronted by the very real possibility that he will never succeed in taking over the world, and finding out that enjoyment of life comes from pursuing many things, not just a single goal. Very emotional episode.

That was a good one! Along with being a very poignant episode, it still manages to be hilarious. The funniest part is elderly Brain completly forgetting what it is he does every night. I'm not sure whether that scene was supposed to be be funny or tearjerking.

Arthur: So Long, Spanky

One of the hardest things about childhood is losing a pet, but having a new pet leads to a new beginning.

Rocko's Modern Life-Wacky Delly. Along with being an excellent satire of the animation business, the short itself is pure hilarity. "I am the cheese! I am the best character on the show! I am better than both the salami and the bologna combined!"

CatDog- It's A Wonderful Half Life. Along with being one of the most emotional episodes, the song are very catchy, and it's probably the best tribute to the 30's animation style since Aniamaniacs.

TaleSpin - Stormy Weather

Kit sees Baloo as his father figure, but that changes when Kit has a greedy new pilot role model, who alters their relationship.

I always liked the bond between Kit and Baloo, but I don't like what the pilot is doing to them.

Gumby & The Black Knight. Few Gumby cartoons are as action packed and iconic as "Gumby & The Black Knight". At least in my opinion. :) Despite only appearing in this one adventure, the characters of Sir Knight and The Dragon both leave a lasting and unforgettable impression. Sir Knight is soft spoken and kind hearted and just a tad gullible, as he believes that Gumby is some sort of wizard or magician. The dragon (she was never given a name) has a very unique design and gets some laughs for not being as intimidating as she initially appears. She's also very emotional. The Black Knight himself is one of the few enemies to ever actually intimidate Gumby. He almost ends up stealing the show. 8-)

Art Clokey chopped this cartoon into two shorter ones years later.(as far as I can tell) Separating the Dragon and the Black Knight subplots into their own adventures with new intro and outro scenes animated for them in order to make them stand alones... which I don't have any examples of, but who cares? I at least was able to find the original uncut cartoon. So enjoy!

Tiny Toons- Kon Ducki. Along with giving me a craving for mango juice, it's amazing how they crammed so many jokes into that 22 minute runtime.

A Pinky and the Brain Christmas. While it's still a very funny episode, it's one of the most heartbreaking, yet heartwarming Christmas specials ever.
