Sadly, I live in the US, so I was stuck at school that day. I'm glad my dad didn't protest today, despite what day this is.

Labor Day on May 1st is usually celebrated in Latin America, most of Europe, Africa, and Asia.

The U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand have their Labor Days on another date.

Thanks for the info! I never knew that until now. Also, my Labor Day is in early September, which is when the US celebrates it.
