From childhood to now, it's always been a favorite of mine.

The Brady Bunch-inspired episode was groovy!

"I learned that Jesse James is not a good role model."

I only saw one episode of it, and it was pretty good. The gags were good, and it had a charming simplicity to it. Despite being a Hanna Barbera cartoon, it felt more like an early show from Cartoon Network. In fact, Gennedy Tartakovsky, Craig Mccrackin, and Rob Renzetti worked on it. If only WB could release this as part of their Hanna Barbera classic collection.

He was pretty funny. "Well, isn't that cute? But it's WRONG!" I'm still looking for an excuse to put that in my everyday speech.

Red was another fun character considering everything she put the dogs through in her three appearances through she does get a happy ending in the last one

I haven't seen her episodes, but they sound good. What made her stand out was that her 3 episodes had "tidbits of poor taste" provided by John K, the creator of Ren and Stimpy.

And the Big Dog's name was Jonathan.

I also miss the new Secret Squirrel that was part of this show, too bad they never brought back the Yellow Pinky.

If memory serves me correctly, John K. did a lot of counseling for this series throughout it's run. The creators didn't even try to hide the fact that "2 Stupid Dogs" was inspired by "Ren & Stimpy" so they went to the source for guidance.

The shows theme song is one of the zippiest, catchiest little diddy's you'll ever hear!

Hum-a-zoos for the win!

I used to love this show. It came on at a time when Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was in it's final few years. A very interesting time in Saturday morning cartoons history. :|

Actually, you're right. Along with doing a lot of counseling, he added some "tidbits of poor taste" for the Red trilogy. As far as Ren and Stimpy clones go, this is one of the better ones. Since it was less concentrated on being a "gross out show" it was allowed to be its own thing

Red wasn't very bright and she always shouted words at the top of her lungs.

She sounds like quite the character. When I star watching the series, I'll be looking forward to her episode the most.

I enjoyed the one where they go on a quiz show to win dog food but keep winning the main prizes instead , and the hotdog trailor one
