This is one of my favorite segments. For one thing, I've always loved Dr. Seuss, and for another, it's just so well done. They definitely handled an episode with entirely rhyming dialogue very well. Baynarts/Charlton worked pretty well for the fish, too. I kind of got to wonder what exactly prompted them to use him, since if I remember correctly he only appears in three segments, but I think he was great for the part. I also loved the Green Eggs and Ham parody in "The Warners and the Beanstalk". What's great about that one is the fact that it just launches into that halfway through the episode.
