Three Little Bops

Jazz was such a big deal in the 50s and this is an excellent updated, hip version of The Three Little Pigs.

That was a good one! Along with great gags, the song is incredibly catchy. Am I the only person who noticed that the song's just a ripoff of "Rock Around the Clock"?

Wabbit Twouble

Another short with Bugs and chubby Elmer. This time, Elmer tries to camp out and get some rest and relaxation , (Or west and welaxation as he would put it.) but Bugs interrupts his enjoyment.

That was a classic! Bugs annoying th heck out of Elmer was hilarious from start to finish. Even though Bugs attacked Elmer unprovoked, it was too funny for me to care. Speaking of "fat Elmer" shorts, I also really like The Wacky Wabbit. I even have Elmer's version of Oh, Susanna memorized.

I think the reason Bugs harasses Elmer because he feels that he's invading his woodland territory. It kinda makes sense because sometimes when an animal attacks or frightens a human in real life, they feel like they're going to bother them or start a forest fire.

I agree. In Wabbit Twouble, Bugs starts harassing Elmer after he pitches his tent on Bugs' rabbit hole, so Elmer was invading his territory. Despite that, in Wacky Wabbit, Bugs isn't provoked at all before he decides to annoy Elmer. That doesn't make it any less funny, though.

Porky's Poppa

Porky's pop has to pay off a mortgage or else the farm is history. He orders a mechanical cow to produce milk to help save the farm.

Rhapsody in Rivets. Only Friz Feeling could marry animation and music so masterfully.

Holy smokes! Rhapsody in Rivets was released one day before the infamous Pearl Harbor attacks!

That's one spooky coincidence! Just one day before the 2nd most infamous terrorist attack in history! While were on the topic or Feeling directed musical cartoons, I should also bring up Pigs in a Polka. That one was even funnier, and the music was better timed.

"Knights Must Fall".

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2fdkz ... shortfilms

I think that more than Bugs' usual antics and his battle with Sir Pantsalot, one reason why I found this short particularly funny was because of Bugs' donkey, especially with the expressions he made when Bugs got hit with the lance.

Still, one issue that was left out in the open was whatever happened to the donkey after that final joust?

I love this one too! There were too many funny gags for my to list my favorite. Still, i like Knighty Knight Bugs much more, for having Yosemite Sam at his funniest. Also, am I the only one seeing the parallel between Bugs riding a donkey and Jesus? Considering how Bugs is supposed to be who we want to be, it's some coincidence.

What was the cartoon about? If you aren't specific, I can't help you with the name.
