Old Yeller

This old Disney movie is famous for a certain death scene.

Certainly different from the usual sheriff vs. bandits western.

I like the referrence in Bumbi's mum in animaniacs where after Slappy helped Skippy get over that death scene after meeting Bumbi;s mum , old yeller is the film they showing on the plane Slappy even has a not this again expression on the face has Skippy starts crying again

That was hilarious! The gag was funny enough, but Slappy's reaction was priceless. "Fade out already! We get the joke!" That also reminded me of a joke in Inside Out, where Sadness mentions " the funny movie where the dog died".

Moana. Ever since I saw it in theaters, it blew away my already high expectations. The music was some of the best, the animation was beautiful, and the humor was well executed. I wonder if Disney will ever make a Moana 2.

Pollyanna

A Disney movie I've never seen or heard of.

I quite enjoyed the Tower of Terror movie with Kristen Dunst

Fantasia. Never has classical music been so well put to music before this.

Yakkofan, I feel the same way about Moana as you do.

Zootopia. Along with bringing back anthromorphic animals to the bing screen, it has a great message on how any one can be prejudiced, but that we should strive to overcome it.

A Bug's Life

What amazes me is the look at life underneath the grass.

Inside Out. Along with being one of the most emotional Pixar movies ever, it captures the trials of growing up perfectly.

Freaky Friday (Original)

A fun movie where a mother becomes her daughter and vice versa.

Tangled. If it wasn't for this movie, we wouldn't even have Frozen or Moana.

The Princess and the Frog

At this point in time, Disney stopped making the animation that we're used to seeing (Except for the animation from the Winnie the Pooh film two years later), so this is kind of a celebration/tribute, honoring that animation.

I love that one too! If it wasn't for Disney putting it next to Twilight and Alvin and the Chipmunks: the Squeakual, 2d animation could've been here to stay. Since it only did solid financially, 2d animation was deemed "unprofitable", and made almost every film in CGI.
