1. Is it something you can use? - Yes.
2. Is is some sort of tool? - Yes.
3. Can it be used for makeup and dresses? - No.
4. Can this thing be use to clean stuff? - No.
5. Is it a machine? - No.
6. Can you fix things with it? - No.
7. Can it be driven? - No.
8. Can you buy it anywhere? - Anywhere? Probably not. It's fairly specialized, so no.
9. It is heavy? - Can you define heavy? It's somewhat reletive.
