I'm so hyped for this! I finally be able to see the Loud House on the big screen! I hope that even if the movie does well, they'll cancel the series before it goes past its prime.

Thanks for the reminder! I'll be tuning in this 5:00 and will give me thoughts on each episode by the end of the week.

Saw the Fed Up episode yesterday.

The scene where the kids made a potluck dinner and made a mess in the kitchen was laughable.

Spoiler:
The potluck consists of barf. :|

Saw "Party Down".

Looks like Lori is more boring than I thought. But then again, what do you expect from a teenager who plays GOLF???

I agree. Since when did parties have to be "sophisticated"? At least she learns her lesson in the end. Also, the episode reminds me of the Spongebob episode Party Pooper Pants. In that one, Spongebob tries to throw a party, but everyone keeps on going off schedule, to Spongbob's annoyance.

I actually didn't like Party Down. It reminded me too much of that SpongeBob episode you mentioned, which I think did the plot way better. Also, I think Lori needs to take lessons from Pinkie Pie on how to throw better parties. :P

I actually liked the Loud House episode a little better. While the Spongebob episode was funnier, Spongebob was too much of a killjoy to be likable, and it felt out of character. The Loud House episode at least choose a character better suited for that kind of plot.

Just saw "Fed Up".

I think that when Lynn Sr. was in college, he had a VERY limited budget and was thusly forced to limit his menu, and that carried over and never went away.

It reminds me of a "Calvin & Hobbes" strip (I wonder if Mr. Cimino based the episode on it) where Calvin's mother is sick and can't cook, so his father is going to make dinner, and Calvin is dreading it because he says:
"Mom said that when you were in college you ate milk and cold cereal three times a day, every day, for four years."
"Your mother wasn't there, okay? Now pass me the milk."

And why didn't Rita try to cook?

I liked that episode. Along with good gags, it had a great moral on trying more variety instead of staying in a pattern. If only Cartoon Network and Boomerang could learn from this episode's lesson.

Kick the Bucket List:

Feel the wrath of Petey the bird!

Party Down:

The Loud children really know how to throw a party!

Shell Shock:

Ronnie can be a good little sister. Bobby could've taken care of that splinter problem on his own, though.

Pulp Friction:

This episode makes you think differently about the principal.

So far, every episode this month has been good. My favorite episode would be Pulp Friction, both for introducing the Full House Gang, and for giving Principal Higgins some good character development. I really can't wait for next month's batch!

They're doing a theatrical movie? It doesn't even feel like the series has been out a full year yet and they're doing a feature film... Holy moly! Who talked Nick into doing that?

When you're Nick 2nd highest rated program beside SpongeBob, it's inevitable Nick's going to make a movie out of it. Still, it feels kind of early to already have it greenlit, but I'm excited anyways. I just worry that Nick will overexpose the show and force new episodes out if the movie does well. The same thing happened to SpongeBob, and look how seasons 5-8 turned out.
