To be honest, I don't really like chat rooms, I was just trying to make a suggestion. But have you ever heard of Chatango?

Interesting. But I can't add any kind of Java applications to the forum or they'll get angry. I don't think there's a place to put it anyway. We'll just have to find a seperate place to link to.

I just set up a Facebook page for this forum.

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Acme-Acres/119939804695622

Hopefully it will help attract more people. I plan to update it occasionally with teasers for topics being discussed here, although I don't have anything up yet. There's also the possibility of advertising that page, or even this forum directly, using Facebook. Unfortunately, it costs money, which is something I don't have right now. But it's an exciting possibility because it can directly target people who have Tiny Toons listed in their profiles, so there'd be no wasted advertising.

Your Facebook page appears to be getting people's attention. A few more members have joined.

Actually, I'm not sure anyone's even seen it. I'm still the only fan. Oh well. I'll keep promoting it, and maybe people will see it here and there.

I looked in to advertising it on Facebook using their ads, and while it sounds like a great idea because it can directly target people who like Tiny Toons, I haven't gone through with it because I'm worried about getting in trouble for copyright violation. Even though this is a fan page, WB still owns Tiny Toons, and I'm sure Facebook wouldn't let me use any of the characters in the ad. Even the name Acme Acres is probably trademarked. It's too bad, really, since all I'm trying to do is bring fans together for discussions. But I'd rather not try to tempt fate.

I just invited several of my friends to join, many of which loved TTA when they were younger.

So far 5-6 of them liked the page, so hopefully we'll be seeing some new faces around this joint.

The Facebook page has been upgraded, and has a new simpler address.

http://www.facebook.com/AcmeAcresForum

I would have used just "AcmeAcres" but someone had already taken it.
