From what I saw, it seems pretty good. It manages to both have the charm of the original and the feel of a modern day Disney XD show.

I'm not sure how to feel about the boys sounding like thirty something hipsters. :? Everything else though seems to be coming together for me. :) There appears to be a bit of Mabel in this new version of Webbigail, and Scrooge himself has a bit of that 90's tude going on. It'll be interesting to see how these new elements play out. The most exciting thing for me in this trailer is Launchpad! Out of all of the returning characters he seems to be the least altered from his original self.(though I really miss the pilot hat and goggles ) I have a feeling that he's going to be the first part of this new series that I gravitate to until I get comfortable with the rest of it. Here's hoping this is good!

I hope so too. The show feels like the original combined with Gravity Falls. Then again, Gravity Falls was kind of like an updated Ducktales. Also, I'm OK with their new voices, since it helps give him more individuality. As long as it's not another Quack Pack, I'll be fine,

Webby doesn't seem like her usual girly girl self.

I didn't mind it either. Along with decent slapstick, it gave the nephews and Daisy more personality than they had in the shorts. If only it didn't have those 90s cliches.

I noticed that as well. In the shorts and the original Ducktales they're kids, but in House of Mouse, Quack Pack, and the Ducktales reboot they're teenagers. I also noticed they they age up whenever they want to give them a sense of individuality.

I will too. Not only will I be able to see the Duckburg community again, but Rob Renzetti is producing it which is always a plus.

To have it aired on weekday afternoons would be appropriate.

I think that was one of the flaws of the original ducktales because their want to focus on the relationship between Scrooge and the nephews , that Donald wasn 't in it that often so it good he getting some focus . I also wanted to see the boys mother and father.

I agree. Donald is such a great character that he deserved more focus than just 1 episode. We had to wait till Quack Pack for that to happen, but even then it was more focused on the nephews then Donald. Glad to see he's finally getting some focus.

Donald Duck hasn't gotten much respect over the years...sometimes he's left-out of the Mickey Trio as well...unless you live in Europe!
